This video addresses the Taming the Beast quest chain from the point just before Thotar provides you with a taming Rod for just a Dire Mottled Boar in Razor Hill. Thotar will give you a series of 3 taming rods, each one is different and enables you tame beasts in the next order: Dire Mottled Boar, Surf Crawler and at last an Armored Scorpid.

After getting done the taming part of The search chain, you will need to head to Orgrimmar and talk to Ormak Grimshot in the Valley of Honor to be able to unlock other your pet handling abilities: Tame Beast; Feed Pet; Revive Pet; and Beast Training.
